[pct-l] cell phone/internet coverage and apps for Windows phone

In 2012 I felt AT&T was a better overall service than Verizon.  The only area where I noticed Verizon performed better was in Sierra City.  In Sierra City Verizon had great coverage and AT&T had absolutely no coverage.  I'm sure others could comment on this.
