[pct-l] Poison Oak/Ivy & Poodle-Dog Bush on the PCT

No need to give it up. Big Sur is super notorious for having the  
absolute worst poison oak conditions. It's not like that on the PCT.  
There is a little in Nor Cal Section O but not much elsewhere.
