In her "Trail Tips" guide book, Yogi talks about a "Application to enter
Canada via the PCT" on pg. 239, but I can't find where/how to get this
little gem. In addition to that, a passport is needed, to get back into USA
if nothing else, but what else needs be done prior to walking up the trail
into Canada?
