[pct-l] Packages to Canada

I'm going to play devil's advocate here and ask, "Why in heck would you
want to send yourself high heels?"  Isn't hiking 2,660 miles punishment
enough?  Your feet are going to be pretty sore!  When I stayed at the
Hostel in Ashland, Oregon, most of the hikers were resting and hobbling
around like they were 90 year old men and women with hip replacements and
arthritis!  Why would you EVER want to wear those silly things?  I think a
pair of jeans, 2 nice stretch T's and a comfortable pair of walking shoes
will be what you really want!

Oh, and all your dress shoes (my dress shoes are all very comfortable
ballet style pumps) won't fit your expanded foot for about a month!

Just saying!
