[pct-l] Horse encounter with illegal MTBs

As the signs say on the post say, mt bikers must yield to equestrian and hikers. After trying to be the nice guy on the trail to many times, I finally gave up and I just don't yield to them any longer, unless they show a bit of trail respect first.
