Wondering what to do? I'm about at my tail end of trying to get this under 
control, I've tried diaper rash cream , has this helped you or is there 
something better to use?

According to custom, in the future we shall call this kind of march a 
tardeada , which is practiced when it is not possible to accomplish the 
whole of it in one day.
