[pct-l] Monkey Butt, Any treatment Ideas ????

A fellow hiker of mine who suffered quite a bit from this on the hot and humid AT couldn't find any relief until he discovered 'Body Glide' (http://www.bodyglide.com).

It is best used as a preventative but works well at any time.  I use it all the time to prevent blisters on my feet.  It is pretty good and preventing a 'hot spot' from evolving into a blister if you are smart enough to stop and treat when you first notice the problem.
