Hi J.,

Congrats on your AT and upcoming PCT hikes! We are having the time of our
lives out here.

When we started our planning we found Craig's PCT planner (pctplanner.com) to
be invaluable for setting up our resupply boxes. I also spent a lot of time
reading various journals on postholer.com and trailjournals.com back when
our hike still seemed like a pipe dream. There are a lot of good journals
not done through these sites, too, and there's usually a post on the PCT-L
near the beginning of each season listing some of the better ones. I
gleaned a lot of good info and gear recommendations from journals but
you're not exactly starting from ground zero.

Halfmile's website is another good one, with the maps and water report and
general PCT news. And, of course, the PCT-L is a must-read.

Good luck on your planning!
