[pct-l] Oregon PCT Hwy 138 water cache

Hi, all:

Myself and a friend are hiking the PCT through Oregon starting the end
of July. I was putting in a water cache near Hwy 138, which is the
first hwy north of Crater Lake NP, and saw the remains of a water
cache north of the road from last year. Does anyone know if this cache
is maintained or is it just a serendipitous thing? Thanks.
