My wife suffers from rounded shoulders (35+ years of dental hygene work)
and I have purchased her every pack out there and not seemed to work until
I purchased the Deuter Treaking pack for women (ACT Lite 60+10 SL). It is
not the lightest (60 oz - 4250 cu in), but is certainly one of the most
adjustable packs I have ever seen. It is made to fit a womens body. We
have taken several extended hikes and she loves it and I love it because I
don't have to see her suffer after the second day. I personally use a
Gossamer Gear Mariposa and love it
