Dear James

The solution is simple.

If you use an adequate backpack, you can carry  heavy load.

If your total backpack weight exceed 20 kg, the weekend backpack is
better ( for ex, Ospray Aether 60 ).
If your total backpack weight is between 15 kg and 20 kg, you can use
a light weight backpack.
If your total backpack weight is within 15 kg, you can use an
ultralight backpack.
