You should be able to hitch a ride to Ridgecrest and a bus from there.

I have a similar question. I wonder if anybody knows how I will be able to
get from Kennedy Meadows (end of South California section) to Los Angeles? I
have tried to look up bus/coach timetable but have not yet been able to work
anything out...
