[pct-l] Butane canister fuel shipping limitations

Good afternoon!

I was able to ship butane canisters by UPS ground in the 2012 hiking
season, with the ORM-D sticker attached to the shipping box.

Does anyone have information whether or not any new rules will be imposed
during 2013?

Also, on the specs for the JetBoil, I tested it using the small canister
and 40-degree water, and was able to heat 11 quarts to boiling before the
canister ran out.
