Good evening,

I make my jerky out of very low fat ground beef.  I marinade it, form it
into any size/shape pieces I want, and then make it very dry in the
dehydrator.  It stays together nicely, it’s much easy to eat than regular
jerky, and it’s easy to crumble into whatever is in the dinner pot.

If I want "pemmican" I just eat a handful of raisins with it.
