According to the USPS

the Belden PO (95915) is still open. However, I just got off the phone with
the USPS main number, and, after putting me on hold and speaking with a
supervisor, the customer svc rep confirmed that the Belden PO is in fact
closed, apologized for any inconvenience, and told me that they will
"initiate a data update" right away.

Moral of the story: just because the USPS website says there's an open PO
somewhere doesn't mean it's so. Best might to be to try to call the actual
location directly to verify before sending anything anywhere.
