[pct-l] Gas canisters

In both 2012 and 2013, I shipped isobutane canisters to multiple resupply
points on the PCT, using UPS ground each time.  I mark the boxes "ORM-D"
and tell the shipping clerk that I am shipping camping supplies that
include the particular number of (in my case) 100-gram isobutane canisters.

Sometimes, the clerk talks to someone more senior, but I have never been
refused shipment.

Personally, if I were refused, I would try another UPS store rather than
trying to quote the regs to a reluctant merchant.

These canisters are, over the miles I have gone, not frequently available,
and why even worry about in-or-out-of-stock issues when you have shipping
control?
