[pct-l] Have you seen this rain jacket, poncho?

Sounds like a Bilgy Parcho. It's a kit. I have patterns and materials  
to make two of them. I've never gotten around to it. Too afraid I'm  
going to screw it up. Someday I will make these as it looks like the  
best thing ever.
