[pct-l] Getting from Indian Heaven Vicinity to Portland?

If I'm fortunate, I should be able to end my multi-section hike just north
of Indian Heaven Wilderness in southern Washington.  Which road(s) is
likely to offer the best chance of a ride to Portland?  And if the ride is
only to the Columbia River, what are the options for getting into Portland
from there?
