[pct-l] Benson Plateau equestrian route trail conditions

On July 27 I hiked from Wahtum Lake down to Cascade Locks along the equestrian route.      There were a number of trees down
on the Benson Plateau, but all easily bypassed.      I once again failed to notice one of the trail junctions shown on the WP map.
