[pct-l] Sonora Pass - Wilderness Permit

I've noticed you can do self-issued permits at the Leavitt Meadows trail head/campground - just to the east of Sonora Pass. I think you could do a permit there for Sonora Pass to NYP. If not, you could start at Leavitt Meadows and access NYP via Dorothy Lake Pass (your trail joins the PCT @ 3 miles east of the pass.
