[pct-l] Reinhold - just stop writing this stuff RE: Why are male hikers happier campers than female hikers?

Ground Pounder,
Thank you for having the courage to voice your support on list instead 
of off-list
because even though the vast majority of response I received was in the 
form of
"he,he,he, that was funny Reinhold",...but as usually, they were 
off-list to prevent
getting hate messages from our overly sensitive, and extremely serious 
members
who can not differentiate the difference between trail humor and 
straight talk and
get very upset whenever somebody says anything that is not to their liking.
It seems we have a few self appointed hypocrites on this list unable to 
differentiate
the difference between trail humor and straight talk and want to dictate 
to the list
their opinion of right and wrong and morality and start flaming anybody 
that does
not adhere to their opinion of right or wrong or morality.

I have, on numerous occasions, including on this occasion, been informed 
that
those who responded to my posts in a favorable way have received hate mail
from those self appointed hypocrites.

Steve, as far as your statement that my statement  "I put women on a 
pedestal" is
"sexist",..I have to agree with Ground Pounder..."Are you from another 
country?
I don't know where you're from, but most women in this country love to 
be put on a
pedestal and adored by their husbands.
Also, for your information, I have nothing to defend.
As far as your statement..."Reinhold should apologize, then the issue 
would die
a quick and quiet death",........I have nothing to apologize for,...I 
did not attack or
degrade anybody with hate mail like the self appointed critics did...it 
is they who
should apologize.
Also, this would die a quick and quiet death if the self appointed 
critics of right and
wrong and morality would take their arguments off-list
As long as the critics make their arguments on list I will reply on list.

The good thing that comes out of these controversies,...you get to see 
who your
friends and enemies are and the friendly replies I received off- list 
greatly
exceeded the unfriendly.
