[pct-l] Tejon Ranch route

My wfie and I went on a road trip a couple of weeks ago that took us over Tehachapi Pass.  I spotted the tread there and we got to talking about the PCT...quelle surprise.  Anyway, I recall reading about the deal with the Tejon Ranch a couple of years ago.  I haven't heard anything about that since, nor have I found anything on the PCTA site.  So I'm wondering if anyone has any current information concerning the progress on that particular incipient stretch of trail.
