[pct-l] Free Android PCT Demo App Available

Guthook, Tangent and I are excited to announce that Guthook's Guide for Android is now in the Google Play store! The PCT So. Cal. version is ready with the other 4 apps (Sierras, No.Cal, Oregon and Washington) coming shortly. If you want to sample it first we have provided a free version (Mexico border to Mt. Laguna). You do not need cell phone service to use the app -- it uses your phone's GPS and downloaded topo maps so that you can see where you are on the trail. We took the GPS track of the entire trail last year, so it's up-to-date info. There are over 650 waypoints for Mexico --> Tehachapi, and an elevation profile. Enjoy!
