[pct-l] Post Office At Kick Off... Boxes?

Puddles:

USPS will definitely have Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes on hand. As for
other Priority Mail sizes or Regional Rate Boxes...still TBD. Last time I
checked they were having trouble obtaining an electronic scale that would
work there, so they were considering offering Flat Rate only. I'll check
again and also find out about payment options. I'm pretty sure they accept
cash or credit card, but I'll confirm.
