[pct-l] Cilo Gear pack experiences

Cilo Gear makes great alpine climbing packs.  I use one for my
mountaineering trips.  ULA makes great long distance hiking packs, and I
have used several models over 23,000 miles of hiking.  I would get the
right tool for the right job, and grab a ULA.

There are 50 ways to skin a cat, but at some point you need a cat and a
sharp object.
