[pct-l] Weather in Washington?

In the soggy Pacific Northwest a weather report is about as solid a jello suspension bridge. In planning for hikes around here I generally follow the old saying "If you can see the mountain it will soon be raining. If you can't see the mountain it is raining". Outside of July through September you can always count on rain at some point in your trip.
