[pct-l] timing of arrivals to Tahoe

I was hiking that area July 20-24 this year and met about 10 thru-hikers 
that identified themselves as such. I am sure there were more than that, 
there were a TON of people in the area so it is hard to say which were 
thrus... the ones I met were pretty clean so that wasn't an inicating 
factor. :p
