I know Beth personally, and she is "good people", and very dedicated to the trail both personally and professionally.

I'd suggest that swamping her with email at this time might not be especially productive.  Consider that she can talk to us individually about protecting the trail, or she can actually protect the trail.

There is probably not enough time to do both.

Consider that she is highly engaged, right now.

I would suggest that waiting for the comment period is probably going to be the most productive way to go, then hit the gas.

Just my thoughts....

Thank you Ken for the name and address of Beth Boyst at the FS. I wrote her an e-mail and I got an informative and pleasant response. I suggest we all write so we can both be heard plus be on file as someone who will stand behind the agency in support of no bikes on the trail.
