I always carry mine out.  Very small percentage of the total trash load 
which itself is a small percentage of my total load.

Burning it is a hassle, even in a fire ring.  I use as little as
possible and pack it out.  I don't consider it a big deal at all.  It's
just a small part of the trash load I already have.
