[pct-l] Oregon snow level

Go to http://www.nps.gov/crla/photosmultimedia/webcams.htm for conditions
around Crater Lake. This is where you will probably encounter the most
snow. Just eyeballing it the snow level appears to be about 20% less than
last year at this time.
