Kimberlie, just at a glance:

Your NeoAir X-Lite has an advertised R-value of 3.2. Unless you're a very
warm sleeper, that isn't enough for sleeping on snow or in below-freezing
temps. Your body heat will get sucked out through the pad to the ground, no
matter how warm your bag is. Happens to me on my Big Agnes Insulated Air
Core.

If you inflate the pad with your lungs (as opposed to an inflation sack),
humid air inside the pad will decrease the effective insulation value even
further due to evaporative cooling.

You'll want to either supplement the NeoAir with a closed-cell foam pad on
top, or get an inflatable pad with better insulation.

Closed cell foam might be your best choice, as it doubles as a sit pad and
serves as a backup when your inflatable pad starts to leak.

Happy trails,

Chris
