[pct-l] aquamira drops shipping and availability

It's not that any companies don't sell Aqua Mira in California, it's
that they were doing so illegally up until February. Any company that
was previously shipping Aquamira to any address located in California,
or any retailer in California that was stocking Aquamira previously
could have been subject to some heavy fines as McNett didn't have
approval from the California EPA for Aquamira. They finally got
approval a couple months ago.

So it was possible for companies to sell Aquamira and ship it to
California, but I know more than a few retailers located in California
who had to pull Aqua Mira from shelves due to being reported as
carrying that product or be subject to very heavy fines. Lot less eyes
on regulation for companies not in California that shipped product in.
And frustrating for hikers that use Aqua Mira to treat water.
