I don't know about IBS or RLS but I think I probably have CRS syndrome.

Perhaps you have RLS confused with IBS...impacted bowel syndrome...

I have this--and only during backpacking. I queried this list serve on a
cure and someone told me to take magnesium citrate. I have not tried it
yet.
