[pct-l] Ride to San Francisco from yosemite

Dear PCTA group
My boyfriend (just a guy) and I (free tacco) are thru-hiking the pct and now entering the Sierra section.
Unfortunately we have to leave the trail for a couple of days since Guy has some medical appointments in San Francisco, as a part of a research for his diabetes.
We wish to get to San Francisco by July 1st and we were wondering if there's anyone who could help us with that.
