The *trail* is now clear, but the road is not, and hikers cannot walk along the road to get in/out of the valley. Red's is not open, none of the campgrounds are open, and they do not advise camping in the Red's meadow's area due to the danger of falling trees/branches. One has to go out to Mammoth to resupply.
