[pct-l] Can anybody give me a ride from Ashland, OR to Siskiyou Summit on July 4th?

Dear all,

I was wondering if there were any trail angels around Ashland, OR,
that could give me a ride from Ashland to the trail at Siskiyou Summit
(I-5/Callahan's) either on the 3rd or on the 4th of July?  I'd love to
start this year's hike Henry David Thoreau-style on the Fourth of
July, but as a single woman hiker I am not too happy at the thought of
trying to hitchhike by myself.  If anybody will be going in that
direction on this date and could offer me a ride, I would greatly
appreciate it!  I will get to Ashland around mid-day on July 3 and was
planning to stay overnight at the Hostel, then start my hike on the
next day.  Alternatively, I would also be happy to accept a ride later
in the day on the 3rd (in which case I would camp overnight at
Callahan's).
