[pct-l] Info on Lone Pine TH

There are two common trailheads for PCT Access out of Lone Pine.

Horseshoe Meadows via Trail Pass or Cottonwood Pass
Whitney Portal vial Trail Crest

the answers about camping/parking will depend on which one you will be using
