[pct-l] Info on Lone Pine TH

I have a couple of questions re the Lone Pine TH:

   1. How far a drive in time is it from the Lone Pine TH to Kennedy
   Meadows (south)?
   2. Specific directions for both getting to the Lone Pine TH and then to
   Kennedy Meadows can be found where?
   3. Leaving a car and/or camping in a trailer at the Lone Pine TH is no
   problem?
   4. Can a small camping trailer get to the TH without any problems?
