The beef heart jerky:

The pemmican:

I used store-bought London broils on sale at the grocery store and
ordered grass-fed beef tallow. I used a regular dehydrator. It's not
very tasty. I've ordered pemmican from US Wellness Meats and the
taste is okay but it is not shelf-stable like real pemmican.

Dehydrated yams/sweet potatoes:

Coconut manna curry:
A large chunk of Coconut Manna mixed in hot water makes the coconut
milk. Add Thai curry spice paste. Add whatever you want to the curry
to make a meal.

Calorie bomb bars:
Layers, bottom up:
- Trader Joe's dried flattened banana
- Mixture of beef tallow (quarter cup? half cup?), about 3/4 a jar of
almond butter, shredded coconut and possibly tapioca or other starch
- pressed dates
- chopped walnuts

Cut these into lots of cubes. It's hard to cut through the banana. I
used scissors on the banana layer. These might melt in heat. It
sounds gross, but the beef tallow really adds an amazing flavor.
