[pct-l] Toiletry and first aid kits

Toiletries are very minimal.  Toothbrush, toothpaste, floss (tooth abscess can be a miserable and costly experience on trail), comb, wet wipes, bandana.
First aid kit is probably too heavy, but I work in health care, so I always imagine the worst!  Alot of bandaids, giardia medicine, duct tape, repair kit for eye glasses, sewing kit, ace bandage.  I take a few other meds (naproxen, benadryl, tylenol).
