[pct-l] Campground in Bishop and one question regarding renting bear canisters

Hi,
In July I will start my JMT, because I would like to get walk in permit 
I have to spend one night in Bishop and is there any campground (or 
other cheap alternative)  in town ? I do not plan to rent a car and 
place should near White Mountain Ranger Station .
Second question. Is it possible to rent a bear canister in one place e.g 
Bishop Ranger Station and return in second place e.g Mammoth Lake? I can 
rent canister in https://www.wild-ideas.net/rent.html but I don't live 
in USA and I have not postal address where I can send this (or maybe you 
can propose location where I can send it in Bishop?)
