[pct-l] Hiker's Rash

Good advice from one and all- thanks!  I'll probably try a combination of
the various suggestions and hopefully find something that works.  I haven't
been given a trail name yet and I'd rather it wasn't something like
"Bow-legged Bob" or "Larry Leprosy Crotch"   :)
