Thanks Reinhold

I have not yet received from "Switchback". I want to know the origin
of this name.
And I would like to translate the story of Hiker Homestead. It is a
very clean enjoyable story.

The trail name may be originated from
  special habit
  special concern
  physical characteristics
  prominent behavior on the trail
  the favorite words
  special role on the trail
  special episode
  special ability

I think our names were given by parents. Then, our names have not
related to our personality or characteristics. They are meaningless
and difficult to memorize. But on the contrary, the trail names have
meaning. Then they are easy to learn.

I am writing chapter 3 ( how to carry load ). The American hiking
culture will be written in later chapter.
