a couple of questions,

first of all, i'm planning on solo hiking the pct this coming summer,
but i can't get out there until the end of june. i completed the cdt
last summer and am on to the next adventure!

1. does anyone know of any reason to not hike the trail as a solo
female? i'm 20.

2. i'm not planning on starting exactly at the border, but i would
love a bit of a warm up before departing kennedy meadows, i was
thinking of meeting the trail at agua dulce. any thoughts?

3. what about the timing? i would have to get from kennedy meadows
around june 30th to manning park by late october. i will be traveling
ultralite and i'm in very good shape, but i'm a little doubtful
