Good afternoon!

Let's face it, the trail is a pretty grungy place.  We walk through
pastures and meadows, and later we touch our shoes.  We get into and out of
our clothes and bags, and do what bears, too, do in the woods.  We cough,
sneeze, scratch, shake hands, handle food trash, brush our teeth, all of it.

1.  Don't touch food, yours or anyone else's, without an honest attempt to
sanitize.
2.  At other times, keep your hands off your mouth, nose, and eyes.  That's
how the little buggers get in.
