[pct-l] Snow levels in the Sierra

Be aware that the snow levels in Oregon and Washington are 98% of what they
were last year at this time (from a radio report this AM).  Normally the
thru hikers are going through Oregon and Washington in August and September
and the early snow levels have usually melted enough to where they are not
an issue.  However, if you start too early, they could be.
