[pct-l] Vitamin I

In my experience tart cherry juice has the same effect as ibuprofen, without the litany of adverse health effects. Both Ibuprofen and Tart Cherry juice inhibit COX-1 and COX-2. Tart Cherry is not very practical on the trail, however.

Used to use ibuprofen on the trail - then stopped and didn't really notice
any difference  - so stopped taking it.
