[pct-l] A few gear questions

I have an Android phone that weighs 4.2 ounces. It has back country navigator pro on it. This is a GPS program that operates independent of any cell network. It's gotten me unlost a few times. Not available on the iPhone.

I'd ditch all the electrical gear and their batteries and chargers and carry a more serviceable tent.

Having gear that will help you survive an unexpected event is more important that gadgets.
