[pct-l] goff fire update

hello all:
the crew i am on was pulled off the pct in the goff fire area two days 
ago due to fire growth and fire behavior.
the fire is expected to spread to the north-east.
crews will be brushing and chipping on the seied creek road, so please 
be careful.
the pct out of seied is about to be on fire; hiking it now would be a 
poor life choice; please take the detour!
