[pct-l] Official Length of the PCT

Hey All,
     I've seen varying distances, from 2650 to 2660. I know detours etc.
add and subtract miles, however I'm curious what the official distance is
without detour and other similar considerations. I know the new bridges in
WA add about 5 miles of trail, so maybe two totals would be in order; one
before the new bridges and one since the new bridges.
